The Associated Press reported that, in a sign of failed tyranny, trains were not running on time. “Railroad workers in the state were among the first to organize against the takeover in February, and they went on strike,” the Associated Press wrote, noting that the disobedience was also found in the civil service, the banking sector, the healthcare system, universities, schools and more. “Myanmar’s ruling generals are maintaining a mere pretense of control.”
