3 Ingredients Peanut Butter Bites

Soft, bite-sized peanut butter balls – perfect for a super quick snack or healthy dessert.

Kids love to help roll the dough into balls and dip it in the melted chocolate.

And since there’s no egg or white flour involved, it’s perfectly fine to eat your unbaked cookie dough straight out of the bowl!

Peanut butter balls can be made with 3 basic ingredients.

Peanut Butter: I used creamy natural peanut butter here, but feel free to use crunchy peanut butter (with or without salt), almond butter, cashew butter, melted coconut butter, pecan butter, sun butter, etc.

Sweetener: Simply use your favorite all-purpose liquid sweetener here, such as pure maple syrup, agave, or honey (not for vegetarians). If you want to make sugar-free peanut butter or keto balls, this is the way keto maple syrup It works too.

Coconut flour: This is not accurate at all. It is simply dried coconut that is finely ground to a consistency similar to wheat flour. There’s a coconut-free option included in the recipe post below, or oatmeal works just as well if you prefer.

3 healthy peanut butter snacks
  • 1 1/2 cup Peanut butter, or non-allergic
  • 2/3 Cup Coconut flour or oatmeal – here Coconut free version نسخة
  • 1/3 Cup Liquid sweeteners, such as pure maple syrup or keto syrup
  • Optional 3 ounces chocolate (melted with 3-4 teaspoons oil if a smoother sauce is desired)
  • If it isn’t already soft, warm it gently to soften the nut butter so it can be stirred easily. Combine all ingredients except for the optional chocolate – I found using a food processor much easier and producing a perfectly blended dough, but technically stirring by hand also works pretty hard for the arm. Mix until it becomes like a peanut butter paste. (If using dry nut butter, add a little more oil or additional sweetener if needed to form a dough. Or if the dough is too soft, add more oatmeal.) If desired, dip in melted chocolate, then place on parchment paper or a wax-lined tray and refrigerate or freeze until set. If chocolate is not using, they do not need refrigeration.View Nutrition Facts
