For dessert tonight, I wanted to do something the kids could make themselves! We called it blueberry cheesecake, simply because the crust was a graham biscuit, the filling was creamy, and we covered it with berries!

How to make 3-step raspberry cheesecake

Step 1: crush graham crackers

Crush a graham biscuit and add them to the bottom layer of a cup or plate. This is great for children. Place a graham biscuit in a resealable bag, and roll the bag with a screw to break.

Kids will love helping make this raspberry cheesecake with ease.

Step 2: Top with Greek Yogurt. You can now add raspberries to the top if you like them slightly frozen, or you can wait until after you freeze them if you like them fresh.

Step 3: Freeze for 1 hour. One hour is perfect as it creates more solid textures, but it does not freeze solid. This is! Serve dessert and have fun!
