tunaCombine tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha and green onions.
rice: Stir rice vinegar with warm rice.
Spicy mayonnaise: Mix mayonnaise and Sriracha.

The differences:

- If you prefer your spicy mayonnaise to be more spicy, feel free to add more sriracha.
- You can also use light mayonnaise if you prefer.

For tuna:

- 4 Small spoons mayonnaise
- 1 small spoon Sriracha sauce

In a large bowl, combine tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha and green onions.

Gently toss it and leave it aside while you prepare the rest.

Put the hot rice in a bowl and add the rice vinegar. flip over.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.

Gently sprinkle the inside of a dry measuring cup with oil (use one with straight edges), then layer by layer 1/4 cup of cucumber, then 2 tablespoons of avocado and smoothie, then 1/4 of the tuna spread on the back a spoon, and finally 1/4 cup of rice.
