One taste of our traditional pineapple pie filling and buttery crust crust makes you feel as if you are relaxing on a tropical Hawaiian beach.
Every time I serve this pie, there is no leftover food whatsoever!

How to make pineapple pie from scratch
The recipe is easy to prepare at home.
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, then simply stir all the ingredients for the vegan pineapple pie filling together.
Smoothen fresh pineapple filling into any homemade or store-bought 9-inch pie crust or Graham Cracker crust, gluten-free if needed.
Bake on the central shelf of the oven for 35 minutes, let it cool down, cut and serve.
Leftovers can be covered and refrigerated for up to 4 days, or you can freeze to thaw at a later time.

Simply stir 8 ounces of cream cheese or cream Vegan cream cheese In the filling before baking.
You can also stir 1/2 cup of grated coconut if desired.

- 20 ounce Canned pineapple, or 2 1/4 cup
- 1/2 cup Unrefined sugar or erythritol if desired
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 4 Tablespoon Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup grated coconut optional
- Optional 8 ounce cream cheese
- 9 inch Pie crust of choice
