Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap

Inspired by Taco Bell’s popular Crunch Wrap Supreme, only with hamburger ingredients on a low-carb wrapper to add a fun twist to the classic. The first time I made this crunchy wrap on Instagram, I used lean beef for the pie that found a dry bite. This time, I used 93% ground turkey, and it was more juicy. Feel free to use whatever ground meat you prefer, a meat-free burgers work well as well. Just make sure the tortilla is at least 10 inches long.

How to fold crunch wrap
- Lay the 10-inch tortilla and place the burger slice on the bottom with all the other ingredients on top.
- Fold one side of the tortilla, then continue to fold the other sides on top of each other.
- Place the folded wrapper down in a skillet or air fryer and cook for a few minutes to seal the tortilla.
- Turn it over to brown the other side.

- 8 ounce 93% ground turkey
- 3/4 small spoon Kosher salt

For the fryer:

Sprinkle a frying pan and heat it over medium heat. Add burgers and cook for 5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.

Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, then add the folded inner cover down, spray the top with oil and fry with air for 4 to 5 minutes, then carefully turn it over halfway.
Personally, I think this would have worked better in a frying pan.
