Who said you should only eat meatballs with sauce and pasta? I mean you can, but they also taste great on their own!
To ensure that the meatballs do not dry out, it is essential that you do not overcook the turkey. If you over-strain the meat mixture, the meatballs will be tough, not tender.
How to eat fryer dinners
It’s very easy to make meatballs and vegetables in a skillet when you don’t have much time, and it’s perfect for preparing meals. Simply cut all the vegetables and prepare the meatballs the day before. Then it’s dinner time, line the baking sheet with aluminum foil and follow the baking instructions. The best part about plate meals is that cleaning is very fast – just throw away the foil paper, and you’re done!
The differences:
- Use any combination of vegetables. Sweet potatoes, carrots, and zucchini are also good options.
- This dish is great on its own, or you can add a sauce and serve it over pasta if you prefer.
- Meatballs can also be fried in a skillet with 1 teaspoon of olive oil over medium-high heat for 15 to 18 minutes, until they are well cooked. However, the batter is somewhat moist, so they are best with bread to keep its round shape.
