Chocolate Protein Cake
Just throw everything into a mug, stir until combined, and bake.
The recipe can be prepared in the microwave or the oven using a few basic ingredients, and you can eat it directly from the plate or let it cool before turning it on the plate.
I feel like the old saying “have your cake and have it too” was specially invented with this healthy dessert in mind.

Oat milk ice cream (Dairy Free)
There are two types of recipe – one with oil and the other without.
Although I prefer the oil version, many of you have written to say that you tried to replace the oil with apple or banana sauce and liked the results that I decided to list the oil-free mug cake here as an option as well.
Protein cake is fine, too Coconut milk ice cream

The recipe is adapted from this Vegan chocolate mug cake.
- 4 Teaspoon Cocoa powder
- 6 Tablespoon Wheat flour, white, or oatmeal (To get low in carbs, make this Keto Mag Cake)
- 2 Tablespoon Chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
- 2 Tablespoon Sugar, Not duplicated if desired
- 4 Teaspoon Extra sugar or an uncut stevia pinch
- 2 Tablespoon oil (Several reviewers say it still tastes good if I chop up apple juice or mashed bananas. I haven’t tried.)
- 6 Tablespoon A tablespoon of water or milk of your choice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pure vanilla extract

If you are using an oven, preheat it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, grease a cup or two of bowls well. Stir all the dry ingredients together, either in a cup or on a separate plate. Add the wet and stir to form a mixture. Transfer it to a mug or bowls if it is not already there. Either bake (12 minutes) or microwave until fluffy – the microwave took 2 minutes, but it will vary greatly depending on the wattage. Eat food directly on the plate, or let it cool down completely and roll the sides with a knife to loosen it. Add ice cream, chocolate frosting, or whatever you like!View nutrition facts
