With cryptocurrency markets hitting record highs, Israeli cryptocurrency platform INX raised Canadian dollars (32 million USD) on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). The offer was made through a merger with a special purpose structure (similar to SPAC) called Valdy Investments, with a market value of CAD $ 220 million, after the money. The company’s shares will begin trading in TSX once all regulatory approvals have been received.
