debuting this fall, Aspen Bay Café Festival Invites an intimate group of ticket holders to the most popular annual event to date. From September 30 to October 2, 2021, 100 guests will enter some of Aspen’s most coveted private homes and gain intimate access to the world’s best chefs. Wear it in a luxury villa and a lifestyle brand coffee Hosted by Masterchef Thomas Keller, Fête Aspen features an elite group of culinary talents and a world-renowned brewer as well as outdoor Cuvée adventures such as hiking the Maroon Bells with Dean Fearing and biking along the Roaring Fork. This is Aspen as you’ve never experienced it before.

Cuvée and Thomas Keller assemble top chefs from around the world for a coordinated weekend event, including a welcome party under the stars, a gala dinner at the top of Aspen Mountain, and private dinners in each villa. Guests will stay at one of Cuvée’s ultra-luxury properties in Aspen and experience the highest level of hospitality throughout their stay. Thursday 30th September – Welcome Vit
Start the weekend with an evening party under the stars, prepared by talented Cuvée chefs from around the world with your favorite Cuvée food and wine from Los Cabos and St. Barts and Tuscany.
Friday October 1 – Cuvée Estate . Dinner
Experience an intimate dinner from one of the featured chefs at Fe^te Aspen on your Cuvée estate for the weekend, along with some of California’s top-rated wines, as well as their own wines as your special guests.
Saturday 2nd October – Aspen Exploration Style Chef
Experience Aspen alongside some distinguished chefs, as they take you on an outdoor adventure curated by Cuvée. From hiking the Maroon Bells with Dean Fearing to biking along the Roaring Fork, this is an Aspen like you’ve never experienced before.
Saturday 2 October – Cuvée Gala
Take a trip up the mountain on the Silver Queen Gondola to The Sundeck at The Little Nell, where you’ll enjoy a six-course tasting menu by a world-renowned chef and brewer, perfectly paired with an unparalleled live auction benefiting the Ment’ or. At an altitude of over 11,000 feet, you’ll be surrounded by 360-degree views of the autumnal beauty of Aspen.
