Going and getting one of these deep pineapples is well worth a trip to Hawaii. Smooth, creamy pineapple ice cream with pineapple juice surrounding it makes the best ice cream float ever! It was very interesting to see the size of the farm and how the pineapple is grown and harvested. After walking around a bit, we had to get a pineapple. It literally blows your mind with how amazing it is.

Nothing beats a Hawaiian pineapple that is perfectly ripe and sweet! I couldn’t wait to go home and try this recipe for homemade pineapple shake! Apparently, they are so high that they are now served by all Six Flags and at Disneyland. But you don’t have to travel far from your kitchen to have one of these delicious drinks.
