How to make protein bites

The key to making a truly delicious protein bite is a food processor. A food processor has the ability to blend all ingredients into a really smooth mixture and gives you protein bite and amazing texture.

You can use a blender if you do not have a food processor, but my experience has to add more liquid and the final product also doesn’t appear.

To make Double Brownie Protein Fudge Bites:

  • In a food processor bowl, add the dates, almond butter and honey. Apply until well mixed. If the mixture is not smooth, scrape the sides and add 1 teaspoon of water and continue processing. Be careful not to add too much water as it will make the dough very sticky.
  • Add cocoa powder and protein and continue processing until completely blended.
Add chocolate chips to the dough and mix by hand until evenly distributed. Use a teaspoon of biscuit to divide the dough into 12 portions of the dough. Roll each part into a ball. Put the bites in the refrigerator to set. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

This is! You can prepare a batch of them in just 10 minutes. The cravings disappear!
