What have you been eating these days? My new breakfast: a buttery potato cake with two scrambled eggs. It’s simple and delicious, and you can always add wilted spinach or a sharp cheddar slice.
I stumbled upon some great books recently – Eddie Richter is not aloneAnd the You will never believe what happened to Lacey – Now, I’m tearing up Memory Police. The novel was chosen as the best book of the year by a number of publications, and it tells the story of a young writer who lives on an island, where things are systematically hidden. First the hats, then the perfume, then the birds. When she realizes her editor is in danger, she tries to hide it … and I won’t give any spoilers! It’s exciting and exciting that keeps me awake very late at night.
On that day, a friend sent me a TV recommendation: The first standups episode Features comedian Nate Bargatse. I wrote “Thirty Minutes”. “Believe me.” So, that night, Alex and I watched it on Netflix and it was very funny. If you’re in the mood for half an hour straight laughing, go watch! xo
