How to make strawberry cream at home

First we start with the beautiful red strawberries. The great thing about this recipe is that you can use strawberries that may be on their way out. If they’re too soft to eat, use them to make these popsicles!

mixes. I didn’t add water or juice or anything. i love Blendtech for this reason. It really mixes anything. If your blender is not as powerful, you can add a little water/juice if you like. I know some strawberry popsicle recipes direct you to just mashing strawberries, but my kids are tired of the “chunks” and so I like to make these popsicles smooth.

Strawberries blend into a beautiful puree that you can add directly to popsicle molds. Pour some of the puree into the bottom of the pan, then switch with the milk and yogurt until the pan is full. This will give you a beautiful quirky look.

Do I need to add sugar to strawberry lollipops?

My lollipop recipe calls for no sugar. I know some people feel they need to add sugar in order to lower the freezing point so the pacifier has a softer “bite”. This is totally fine but for me I feel it is very important to help train my kids taste to love the natural flavors of food without the extra sugar all the time.

Why are these popsicles healthy?

These strawberry popsicles provide your kids with a serving of fruit and protein as well as fiber and calcium! Store-bought popsicles are sugar and water and won’t make you feel full for 5 minutes. However, these creams definitely contain a substance and are in fact a well-balanced snack.

What is the best lollipop mold to use for homemade lollipops?

There are a lot of different lollipop molds, but I’ve collected my favorite ones here This pub. These are the molds that I have personally used and tested with lots of different recipes and I really love them!
