This omelette is something even the most novice chef can make! It’s simple but totally satisfying. It’s super easy to add as few or as many toppings as you want and get creative with making your own concoction!

Quick tips for fluffy golden omelette
Omelettes don’t require a lot of prior knowledge before cooking but follow these quick tips to make sure your omelette turns out delicious!
- Flat spoon: Make sure to keep the spoon clean because a messy spoon will make the omelette stick to the pan.
- Until cooking: To ensure the omelette cooks evenly, be sure to pour the eggs into the pan after you pour. Once they start to stick, use the rubber spatula to pull them to the middle. Next, you can begin to tilt the pan so that the uncooked eggs in the middle reach the outer edge. Doing so will create layers and help make the omelette fluffy and evenly cooked!
- least is more: If you cook a small omelet (fewer eggs at a time) instead of a large omelet, this will help it cook more evenly while reducing the chance of any eggs being left undercooked. Since large omelets can be difficult to flip, cooking with small omelets makes this part easier, too!
- Preheat the pan: Try heating the pan on the stove for 2-3 minutes before you really start adding the ingredients. A nonstick pan has tiny pores that your food can fill in, so preheating it expands the minerals and presses on those holes to close. - To reheat: Take out the frozen omelette and put it on a plate. Cover and cook over high heat for about 1-1 minutes. Turn it about halfway. If it’s not completely heated up, keep adding 30 seconds at a time until hot. Have fun!
