In my last post about Nordstrom Anniversary Sale I promised to tell you about Cocktail smoker Which Westin bought for Michael for his birthday.
You may have seen it on my InstagramBut I wanted to talk about that here and also give you my favorite smoky Westin cocktail recipes.
This smoking cloth reminds me Beauty and the beast– Do you know when they pull that glass/dome out of the rose?? Well, that’s even more magical. It’s really Mezcal margarita kicks with a half edge tagine Top notch – oh, and extra hot please if we’re bothersome.
So when it comes to your cocktails, This smoker It totally changes the game and if you are into cold drinks, this post is for you.

The aesthetic is nice, the base is acacia wood, the glass dome is huge and boy does it work. It’s BPA and lead free, and comes with a portable smoker and smoking chips. The only thing you need to buy separately is 4 AA size batteries & a Torch-style lighter (And your craft cocktail ingredients).
Speaking of which, let’s get into the Westin cocktail recipes.
The Westin’s favorite smoking cocktail:
♡ old fashioned smoker
+ 2 oz bourbon
+ 2 tsp Demerara syrup
+ 2 dashes Angostura Bitter
+ 1 dash Aromatic bitter truth
+ Garnish: 1 orange twist
Instructions: Stir all ingredients over ice, then strain into rock glass More than 1 large ice cube. Garnish with a touch of orange.
♡ Smoked Mezcal Margherita
+ 2 oz mezcal
+ 3/4 oz Cointreau
+ 1 ounce lemon juice
+ 1/4 ounce agave nectar
+ Garnish: 1 wheel of gear
Directions: Rim Half A rock glass With tagine. Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into glass over ice cubes. Decorate it with a lemon wheel.
♡ Manhattan smoker
+ 2.5 oz rye whiskey
+ 1 ounce sweet vermouth
+ 1 dash Angostura Bitter
+ Garnish: 1 maraschino cherry
Instructions: Stir all ingredients over ice, then strain into cooled coupe glass. Garnished with maraschino cherries.
Needless to say, my favorite smoking cocktail is the spicy Mezcal margarita with half a rim of Tajin. If you haven’t tried Tajin yet, this is a must.
It is very easy to smoke your own cocktail. You make your drink, then you place it on the wooden base and cover it with the dome. You can put the smoking chips into the mini smoker by hand, use the torch to get everything smoked and leave your drink there for a few minutes. Take it out and have fun. cheers!
A smoking cocktail encounter is a great gift idea if you know someone who loves making craft cocktails at home. Over the past year, many people have chosen some new hobbies and making cold drinks at home is one of them.
It’s just a sexy gift and looks so good on a bar cart. Michael is hard to buy for this fact which Westin found very clever. Oh, and you should know that you can also use this to smoke meat and cheese. WL.
