India under pressure to resume coronavirus vaccine exports as cases drop

0

The world’s second most populous country – and also one of the largest manufacturers of vaccines – imposed the ban in the spring as India races to raise its immunization rate. The pressure comes as rich nations, including the United States, move to provide booster doses of the coronavirus to their vaccinated populations.
