A Los Angeles Superior Court judge signed an order on Wednesday denying Britney Spears’ request to remove her father, Jamie Spears, from the financial aspects of her state.

Judge Brenda Penny rejected the request, which was first submitted by Spears’ attorney, Samuel D. Ingham III, last November.
