Differences

I like to keep the egg salad simple, this is just my favorite but you can add chopped celery, paprika or even pickles to your food. Enjoy it and adapt it to your taste! This recipe easily doubles or triples. Hate mayonnaise? Use skimmed Greek yogurt as an alternative. Add some paprika and curry powder … or the endless ideas.

The protein in eggs

  • 2 Tablespoon Chopped green onions or chives
  • Kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste
  • Separate the yolks from the egg whites and discard the 2 yolks. (My dog ‚Äč‚Äčloves them!)
