NBA All-Star Game 2021 Results, Highlights: Giannis Antetokounmpo wins MVP as LeBron sails to victory

As TNT’s Allie LaForce said Sunday Night, it was all about the 2021 NBA All-Star Experience rather. . . Unique. Instead of holding typical All-Star events over multiple days, the league crammed it all into one night. The best players from across the NBA came together at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta with Skill competitions and an All-Star game all over the course of a few hours. Unlike last year’s drama-laden exhibition, the 2021 All-Star Game failed to score a thrilling ending, with LeBron claiming a 170-150 victory over Team Durant. Giannis Antetokounmpo was awarded the All-Star MVP after scoring 35 points in a 16 out of 16 shots, and the celebrations for the All-Star began with the Skills Challenge, which became the Domantas Sabonis Show. The Pacers’ big man defeated Julius Randall, Luka Doncic and Nikola Vucevic in that event to claim the title. Unsurprisingly, Stephen Curry emerged as the champion of the 3-point tournament, although Mike Conley gave him a challenge. Anfernee Simons did enough to win the Slam Dunk contest, which took place midway through the first half of the All-Star Game. Sports News provided live updates from 2021 NBA All-Star as well as Skills Challenge, 3-Point Contest, and Slam Dunk Tournament. Check out all of the highlights you may have missed below.
