Wellness can be a loaded word. For us, it’s a holistic experience of mind, body, and spirit, being able to log out of the Zoom matrix and benefit oneself. Now the tools needed to accomplish the tapping, those are purely individual tools. For some, it’s a week on horseback in the wild. For others, it is the spiritual center that only stark desert landscapes can provide. And for many (if not most) it’s about getting into a body of water. Salt spray, a tide of waves, a light shining across the sea and into your luxury room as you look toward the unbroken horizon… Shall we keep moving forward?
Herewith, three first-class experiences: ranching in the The farm at Rock Creek In Montana, star gazing at Sedona, programming and presentations (coordinated by goop) on board The celebrities are behind it.

Luxury on the water
It’s hard to beat a proper holiday, where every detail is in someone else’s capable hands. Add a deep sense of ahhhhh that only the ocean can bring – away from the city with its myriad demands and distractions – and record us Celebrities behind وراء It is the latest ship in the Edge series, and the comprehensive onboard health programming is truly next level. In addition, GP is Celebrity’s new luxury advisor, adding plenty of polished touches and experiences. (Hint: expect goop-approved products on the AquaClass fitness list, our favorite clean smoothie, and a few surprises along the way.)
On board, wellness is a daily practice, and it begins in the plush AquaClass rooms designed by Kelly Hoppen, CBE. There’s a pillow menu (pillow menu, people!) to promote good posture, and there are yoga mats in the room: we recommend slipping out of your fluffy bed at dawn, unrolling the rug on your veranda, and greeting the sunrise. Besides eating clean, plant-based dining at Blu, you’ll have access to a SEA Thermal Suite (salt room behind) and a fitness center equipped with a full roster of classes including F45, Peloton, and yoga. But this is the Women in Wellness program that we are very excited about. why? We can’t wait for golden nuggets of practical wisdom, feel-goodness, exclusive classes, and treatments from health wonders like Ruth Zuckerman, co-founder of SoulCycle and Flywheel Sports; Holistic wellness expert Kimberly Snyder; And our Health Director Kiki Koroshites. A cruise vacation is a happy marriage of exploration and finding time just to stay – with the sea as the soundtrack.

Rebuilding in Big Sky Country
Montana: Wide open spaces, intoxicating Americana, and plenty of rides all draw you inside. Think The farm at Rock Creek As a base camp to relax and recharge. Simply put, discomfort does not exist here. Accommodations include giant canvas cabins, cozy cottage carriages, and two-story wooden houses – all outfitted with local textiles, porcelain stoves, and charming galore. The staff will drench you in sour whiskey popcorn and truffles and the softest blankets of your life to check out The river runs through it. On that note, riverside picnics are legendary. But we’re here to ride.
Private guides and real-life guides keep your mare in check as you cross wild hillsides and pine trails. (Scott Dunn You’ll create a detailed path if you want to cover more ground.) The ride is exhilarating and absurdly liberating. Resounding hooves and whiffs of that sage and wild beauty capture all the real estate in your mind, leaving no room for to-do lists, unread emails, etc. Rock Creek also has a great wellness program for massages and facials, staff-certified herbs for personal tinctures, yoga nidra meditation for better sleep, and jungle bathing for everything better.

Charge in the desert
Spiritual and blatantly beautiful with a woo-woo side is a rather apt description Sedona. Otherworldly landscapes, the mysterious energy pumping through the red desert dust: it’s palpable. Even better, Sedona is rich in wonderful healers and practitioners. And you should take full advantage – after all, the energy vortex is on your side.
Speaking of healers, two stand out. Adele Sands She has a small horse farm adjacent to town where she does vocal and reiki baths. And Ann Emerson is an intuitive muscle tester. (Emerson also works remotely, which makes it a great option if you want to keep offloading old software long after you get home.) Where do you stay? sedona in It feels perfectly designed for today’s spacious open space-loving moment. Occupying both a slope and a shaded creek bed on eleven acres, the accommodations are mostly cozy cottages with fireplaces, outdoor showers, and serious views. But away from home, airy and excellent food (don’t miss it 89 Agave Cantina), it’s the spa with astronomer-led stargazing, sound baths, yoga, and staff who can point you toward the most powerful whirlpools and hikes in the area that make us check in (and check out) every time.
