How to make baked oatmeal
This recipe is one of the best baked oatmeal recipes, because you can easily change things up to suit your family’s preferences.
- Replace the blueberries with other fruits that you like. Try banana, raspberry, strawberry, apple, blackberry ……. You can really do anything.
- If you want a bit more crunch and substance, try adding some nuts. My favorite is the pecans in this recipe.
Then it’s as simple as mixing the ingredients together, pouring them into your baking dish and after 20 minutes, enjoying a warm spoonful of baked oatmeal.
