Record Israeli IPOs on Wall Street in June

June 2021 will be remembered as one of the busiest months ever for Israeli companies raising money on Wall Street, with initial public offerings and completion of SPAC mergers by companies worth more than $37 billion. The month began with business operating system company monday.com (Nasdaq: MNDY) which raised more than $700 million (including insurance options and a $150 million private placement from Zoom and Salesforce), valuing the company at $6.8 billion. By the end of the month, monday.com was worth about $10 billion. SentinelOne stock price jumps 21% on monday.com’s $9 billion NYSE debut, as exercise options for insurance companies, but if monday.com is one of the biggest IPOs by an Israeli company on Wall Street, the month is over with a larger subscription. IPOing as cybersecurity company SentinelOne (NYSE:S) raised more than $1.2 billion valuing the company at nearly $9 billion With its share price up 21% on its first trading day on the New York Stock Exchange, SentinelOne ended the month with a valuation of $10.77 billion. June culminated in the completion of three SPAC mergers by Israeli companies, which began trading on Wall Street. Game and app developer platform IronSource has completed its merger with Thoma Bravo Advantage and started trading on the New York Stock Exchange worth $11.1 billion Digital payments company Payoneer Global has completed its merger with FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp. It started trading on Nasdaq with a company valuation of $3.3 billion, and content recommender Taboola completed its merger with ION Acquisition and started trading on Nasdaq with a value of $2.6 billion. Earlier this month, Israeli digital adoption firm SaaS (NASDAQ: WKME) raised $287 million at a company valuation of $2.6 billion, and ad technology company Tremor International (Nasdaq: TRMR; LSE: TRMR) raised $150 million at a $1.7 billion valuation.
