Not to be confused with mashed potatoes, these sweet potatoes are smashed. And to be honest, they are the best ever! So move Mashed sweet potatoesA new recipe has come to town! They are easy to prepare and are the best appetizer or side dish. This recipe includes several different ways to prepare it: sweet or savory. I wanted to include both because they both have incredible and totally different tastes! And also… we all love to have choices on how to mix things up! Because I know you’ll absolutely love this recipe, you’ll need a few varieties so you can cook it a lot!

All you need to make this is some sweet potatoes and a few different ingredients! It takes absolutely no time to cook and you can add it to almost any meal! I especially like sweet potatoes with a French Dip sandwich, Tasty SaladAnd this is unique Lemonade! Or, if you’re hosting a party, it makes a great appetizer! It’s a food that everyone will love, so it’s an easy choice to make! My kids ask for it all the time. So go ahead and give it a try! If you have 30 minutes, you definitely have time to make this delicious recipe! These mashed sweet potatoes are super easy and worth every effort!

  1. to equip: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a tray with butter paper and set aside.
