If you need a quick dessert that doesn’t require a lot of work, it couldn’t be easier! Fresh strawberry, blueberry, and angel food cake skewers are perfect for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, or any summer party.

I’m not sure what it is about putting the fruit on the sticks which makes it so attractive, but my youngest daughter’s eyes lit up when she couldn’t wait to eat it.

I wanted a healthy, cheese-flavored fudge, so I played with yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar, and it was exactly what I was looking for. Strawberry tastes great with this dip, it’s a keeper!
