Strawberry and cream
On weekends, I sometimes like to treat myself Candy. If you’ve never made whipped cream from scratch, you’re ready to enjoy! One of my favorite ways to lighten whipped cream is to whip it and combine it in some Greek yogurt. It gives it a mild flavor, works great with fruit, and reduces fat and calories. Perfect for a quick and easy dessert, or try it crepe Or on Waffle yogurt.
I partnered with Stonyfield, my favorite yogurt brand, to create this healthy dessert with Stonyfield organic greek yogurt is skimmed. I love Stonyfield because I know their products are “on purpose” – good for you, the planet and your tastes. Organic yogurt from pasture-raised cows does not contain persistent toxic pesticides. 0% fat Greek yogurt is the perfect choice if you are trying to reduce your fat intake. Plus, it is rich in protein and has live active cultures.
