How to make strawberry cheesecake without baking
This 6-ingredient dip is very easy to make and will keep in the fridge for three days.
- Use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese, buttermilk, sugar, lemon peel, and vanilla extract, then refrigerate. You can keep it in the refrigerator overnight or up to 3 days.
- Just before serving, mix in canned strawberries.

In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, lemon zest, and sugar until sugar dissolves and the dip is smooth.
