The last thing I bought

It would be hard to find someone in the goop who does not take good advantage of their employee discount. Our order records often read like diaries—it was the month I renewed my interest in plate dinners, the day I celebrated my best friend’s bachelorette, or the time I started planning a long-awaited summer vacation. So we asked some colleagues, “What’s the last thing you bought from a goop?” Items we found in a typical cart: A new pair of Birkenstocks. Bulk order of go-to gifts. And we brought back the last miracle jean cream, balm or mascara.

  • “For our third virtual program at goop Health, I was lucky and was able to almost meet Yana Blinova. For starters, she is Inventor of the pelvic clock exerciserA tool I didn’t know I needed but can’t live without now. Blinova is a former Olympic coach, and she taught me a series of exercises for back relief and core strength. I borrowed a Pelvic Clock from another editor on my Zoom Monday morning with Blinova, but right after my session I had to get my own. I knew the core of my business needed work, but it was great working with Blinova to discover where I was holding stress and tightness and to learn simple tweaks that help with balance, coordination and more. ”
