Toddler-friendly breakfast plan – healthy kids

0

Feeding your toddler a nutritious meal isn’t always the easiest thing to do! But don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. Portable, delicious and full of nutrition recipes to start your day right – until you worry about how to remove Sharpie from the wall!

Anyone who has had a young child knows that he is constantly on the move. That’s why their meals should be thoughtful! You have a few precious moments to feed them before they lose interest and move on to the next thing. You want to make sure that the food they eat is full of the nutrition that their growing young body needs. We also love recipes that are easy to hold on little fingers.

As your little one transitions from infant to toddler, it is important that he get the nutrients that he used to get from breast milk or formula milk from a variety of different foods. It’s also a good idea to start exposing them to different flavors and textures. This will help ensure that you are encouraged to eat adventurers in the future!

With these in mind, we’ve rounded up our favorite toddler breakfasts – and they deserve – for two weeks! To feed your little one. (Psalm … they also make great snacks!)
