- 4 Tablespoon Coconut oil or cocoa butter

* To make the homemade chips look just like real bagged peanut butter chips, I used and recommend Chocolate chip candy mold.Peanut Butter Chips Recipe: Melt the first ingredient if it’s not already liquid. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to form a paste. (Note: I personally prefer the taste of the flakes when made with coconut oil. However, use cocoa butter if you want to bake with the flakes.) Put them in candy molds or on wax or parchment paper, then freeze until firm. If you are using the wax/parchment option, break the chips into pieces once they are firm.
